Royal Animal Rescue (RAR) was established with the primary objective of providing timely medical transportation for animals.

My precious dog was in critical condition and they arrived in 30mins. They also drove swiftly but fast to the vet. Thank you so much for having the same urgency as us.

We have an injured comm cat last night at around 23:30, RAR was swift and responsive to my whatsapp messages and was able to come down within 20mins at 00:30 to give the injured comm cat immediate medical attention. Though the cat was a little skittish at that moment, RAR is professional and well trained in handling such cases. Thanks to them, the comm cat is now recovering well.

Professional Paramedic. Quick Response. Swift Diagnosis. I could have lost my dog to seizure if not for their timely intervention. Thank you so much!

My dog was in critical condition and needed to be transferred from a small vet clinic to a vet hospital. Royal Animal Rescue was swift with their updates and compassionate, even waiting for us to arrive at the clinic and reporting to me that there were no complications during transport. Highly recommend especially if your dog needs constant oxygen supply or special care.

Last Saturday, my dog experienced a seizure, leaving me very shocked and unsure of what to do. Fortunately, I received this emergency contact at a pet event. Help arrived promptly within 30 minutes, and Benjamin, who responded, was gentle with Kiko and very reassuring. Kiko reached the animal clinic swiftly, receiving prompt medical treatment. I highly recommend their service.

We had an emergency with our puppy who was not feeling well and showing signs of high aggression because of it all. We couldn’t approach our puppy and were so grateful that there was a service like RAR around to assist in emergency and dangerous situations like this. Benjamin was equipped with tools to help get our puppy to the vet asap. Benjamin also provided so much knowledge and information about what was happening and helped us communicate with the vet when we were unsure. I do think RAR needs more than a one person team to be on the road to assist in situations like this. But so extremely glad this service was around when we needed it the most. Highly recommend this when you need an emergency rescue for any animal or pet. Their priority is the welfare of the animal and I sincerely hope they get the support they need to keep this going for a long time.

I am immensely grateful to Benjamin who answered our call during midnight when my precious baby had seizures. Benjamin rushed over to my house to pick him up after checking his vitals and kept me assured that he will do his best to rush us to the emergency vet. Highly recommended.

I am extremely thankful that such services are available. My dog had a terrible accident recently and as I was rushing home to tend to her, I called RAR so that we will reach the same time (which thankfully we did). Benjamin from RAR rushed to attend to my dog by checking her vitals followed by assessing the condition and preparing her for transport to the animal hospital. He was very patient and calm which was very helpful as my dog and I were in a state of shock. Normally owners are not allowed on the ambulance but because my dog case was bit special and she couldn’t be on a stretcher, I was allowed on board the ambulance because I had to carry her. Thanks to that I witnessed first hand how great it is to have such services. The ambulance had ambulance lights and tho it is not the same colour as our ambulance, I witnessed many vehicles giving way to us when they saw we were behind them. Imagine if there wasn’t such services and I don’t have a car or I couldn’t get a grab, my dog would take a longer time to reach the hospital and in times like this, time is crucial. Along the way to the hospital, he kept checking in on us and to make sure that my dog was conscious. In addition, he called the hospital to inform them of the situation and to also to prepare to receive us. I am really grateful for RAR & Benjamin. Thank you for your sincerity and taking good care of us.

My experience with the RAR was above satisfaction. I live in the South and came across a post on a community cat that was abused in the North of Singapore. Feeling helpless, I reached out to the Royal Animal Rescue, hoping they would stabilise Brownie’s condition (the cat) past 1am. They were prompt in their replies and immediately dispatched a team to reach out to Brownie to check on her. Benjamin, the man who was in touch with me, gave me swift updates on her condition and never ignored my texts, no matter how late it was. He also called me and explained about her vitals, and the injury she had on her neck. This is an impartial feedback. Many are quick to point fingers at this team that has just started out, trying to rescue helpless animals. I need to make it clear that while they can stabilise the animal’s condition, they do not have a facility to house those that are sick/injured. They are only left with three options: 1) Send the animal to SPCA. 2) Send the animal to the AVS if SPCA rejects them. 3) Send the animal to an emergency vet. Please be patient with the RAR, as they have mentioned that they are working on the aforementioned concern. Thank you once again, Benjamin. You truly have given me hope that dying/sick animals can be rescued or attended to, no matter what time of the day it is.

Excellent response time around the clock. RAR assisted in sending a feline in terrible shape past 4am in the morning, and remained contactable throughout. Legitimate service with professional staff administering first aid before handover to clinical vets in shelter.
